1. Who can order
     You must be 18 or over to buy from us. By
     placing an order you confirm that you are,
     and that the details you give us are
     accurate.
  2. Our products
     Natty and Organ X are food supplements. They
     are not medicines and are not intended to
     diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
     Nothing on this site is medical advice. If
     you are taking medication, have a medical
     condition, or are unsure whether a product is
     right for you, speak to a doctor or
     pharmacist first. Keep out of reach of
     children. Do not exceed the stated dose. A
     supplement should not replace a varied,
     balanced diet.
  3. Research compounds
     MK-677, RAD-140, BPC-157, TB500 and any
     product labelled as a research compound are
     sold strictly for laboratory and research
     purposes. They are not food, supplements,
     medicines or cosmetics, are not approved for
     human consumption in the UK, and must not be
     used on humans or animals. By ordering a
     research compound you confirm that you are 18
     or over, that it will be used only for
     research, and that you accept responsibility
     for its safe handling, storage and lawful
     use. We may refuse or cancel any order for
     research compounds at our discretion.
  4. Orders and contract
     When you place an order we send an
     acknowledgement. A contract is formed only
     when we dispatch your items. We may decline
     an order, for example if a product is out of
     stock, a price was shown incorrectly, we
     suspect fraud, or the order breaches these
     terms. If we decline an order you have paid
     for, we refund you in full.
  5. Prices and payment
     Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT
     where it applies. Delivery costs, if any,
     are shown before you pay. We take payment
     through Shopify's checkout and PayPal at the
     time you order. If we find a pricing error
     before dispatch we will contact you and you
     can cancel for a full refund. Discount codes
     must be entered at checkout and cannot be
     applied afterwards.
  6. Delivery
     Our delivery policy is set out in our
     Shipping policy. We deliver to the UK, Europe
     and the United States. For orders sent
     outside the UK you are responsible for any
     import VAT, duty or handling fees charged by
     the destination country, and for checking
     that the products can be lawfully imported
     there. Risk in the goods passes to you when
     they are delivered to the address you gave
     us.
  7. Returns, cancellation and refunds
     Your rights to cancel, return items and get a
     refund are set out in our Refund policy,
     which forms part of these terms.
  8. Affiliate and discount codes
     Affiliate codes are for the use of customers
     referred by the affiliate. Codes posted to
     voucher or cashback sites, or used by the
     affiliate on their own orders, may be
     cancelled without notice and any commission
     withheld. Our affiliate programme has its own
     terms, provided when you join it.
  9. Your account and our content
     Everything on this site, including text,
     images, product names, the Sigma logo and the
     site design, belongs to us or our licensors.
     You may not copy or reuse it without our
     written permission. You must not use the site
     for anything unlawful, attempt to interfere
     with it, or post anything abusive or
     misleading.
  10. Reviews and user content
      If you send us a review, photo or comment
      you give us permission to use it on our site
      and marketing, and confirm it is honest and
      your own. We may edit for length or decline
      to publish.
  11. Our liability
      Nothing in these terms limits our liability
      for death or personal injury caused by our
      negligence, for fraud, or for anything else
      the law does not allow us to limit.
      Otherwise our liability to you for any order
      is limited to the price you paid for it. We
      are not liable for losses that were not
      foreseeable when you ordered, or for
      business losses. We are not responsible for
      the consequences of using a product other
      than as directed on its label, or of using a
      research compound for anything other than
      research.
  12. Events outside our control
  We are not responsible for delay or failure
  caused by events outside our reasonable control,
  such as courier failures, severe weather or
  supplier problems, but we will tell you and do
  what we reasonably can to put it right.

      explained in our Privacy policy.
  14. Changes to these terms
      We may update these terms from time to time.
      The version on this page when you place an
      order applies to that order.
  15. Law and disputes
      These terms are governed by the law of
      England and Wales and the courts of England
      and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in
      Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also
      bring proceedings there. If we cannot
      resolve a complaint, you can use the EU
      online dispute resolution platform or
      contact Citizens Advice.
