Refund and returns policy

  This policy applies to orders placed with Sigma
  Supps at sigmasuppsuk.com. It does not affect
  your statutory rights.

  Changed your mind? You have 14 days.
  If you are a consumer in the UK you have the
  right to cancel your order for any reason within
  14 days of the day you receive it. To do this,
  send us your order number through the contact
  form at sigmasuppsuk.com/pages/contact within
  those 14 days, then return the items to us
  within a further 14 days.

  What can be returned
  Items must be unopened, with the seal intact,
  and in the condition you received them. Once a
  supplement tub or capsule pack has been opened
  it cannot be returned, for hygiene and safety
  reasons. The same applies to research compounds.

  Return postage
  You are responsible for the cost of returning
  items unless they arrived faulty, damaged or not
  as ordered. We recommend a tracked service, as
  items are your responsibility until they reach
  us.

  Refunds
  Once we receive your return we will refund the
  price you paid for the items, plus the standard
  delivery charge if you return the whole order,
  within 14 days. Refunds go back to the payment
  method used for the order. We may reduce a
  refund if items come back opened, damaged or
  missing.

  Faulty, damaged or wrong items
  If anything arrives damaged, faulty or different
  from what you ordered, send us your order
  number and a photo through the contact form
  within 30 days of delivery. We will replace it
  or refund it in full, including return postage.
  Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
  apply.

  Delivery problems
  If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged,
  contact us rather than the courier. We will
  chase it, and if it cannot be found we will send
  a replacement or refund you.

  Research compounds
  MK-677, RAD-140, BPC-157, TB500 and related
  products are sold for research purposes only and
  are not approved for human consumption in the
  UK. The returns rules above apply to them in the
  same way: unopened and sealed items only.
